When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Mallorca, Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Sunglasses orders will be processed within 3-5 days. Eyeglass orders will be processed within 4-7 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our website already include VAT on the products.

For orders placed from the Canary Islands, you must pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by our Company. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
